Facts About Skips

I have been using the service of the skip hire for some time and I would like to mention here certain points that I have found important while dealing with waste disposals. While ordering for skips, ask for the right size of the skips. This way, you do not have to ask for more number of times for waste disposals. Otherwise, you pay more for your waste disposal. Again, be careful not to overfill the skips as they could fall off from the edges of the skips and create hazards to the pedestrians and motorists alike. Also it is illegal to fill this way.

There are certain items that need not be disposed on the skips. These include food waste, aerosols, fridges, full paint cans, freezers, televisions, tires, computer monitors or gas canister. One must be careful while loading the skips with bricks and rubble. Most of the skip hire firms dealing in waste disposal, including the one I have taken help of called TopSkips, do not accept asbestos as waste in any form or shape. One must not light fire in the Skip. Be careful not to move the skip from the agreed position between the driver and yourself.
